The duck was from here ....

On the left side of the road was a small kampong (village). The duck was from this kampong.

The owner of the duck appeared....



Dad made sure that the owner of the duck was properly compensated. The owner didn't appear to be unhappy. In those days, we called a $10 note "ang hor" (red tiger). Red, because it was printed in red. Tiger, because the watermark of the note was a tiger head.
